World Championship Medals!
25th May: This was the Middle Distance race and the Banchory Academy Girls Team of Evelyn Mason, Jenny Ricketts, Megan Getliff and Kirsten Brown again did well coming 7th and they held on to BRONZE overall behind England (1st) and New Zealand (2nd).
Individually, Jenny Ricketts improved on her 4th place on Monday to win GOLD!!!

The British Schools Orienteering Championships:
The British Schools Orienteering Championships 2011 were held on 20th November at Linlithgow near Edinburgh.
The Banchory Academy team came first and Banchory Primary came 2nd!

Evelyn Mason, Megan Getliff and Kirsten Brown were 2nd in the G11 class.
Joseph Wright, Daniel Mellor and Luke Graham were 2nd in the B6 class
